Because we are locally owned and operated, you'll never have to dial an (800) number and speak to a customer service rep that might be on the other side of the country. From 7:15 am to 5:15 pm , you can always call and speak to one of our knowledgeable, and friendly customer service reps. And if there ever comes a time when your problem isn't handled to your expectations, all you need to do is ask to speak to one of our owners--and they will make every effort to make things right.

Ok, so we haven't been around for 150 years, however, we are very proud of our 25-year track record. As a result of our commitment to quality and customer service, we have experienced 25 years of continuous growth! From a modest beginning, when we had 1 employee and served several dozen customers, we have grown to 22 employees serving several thousand customers. During 2002, we moved into a newly constructed, state-of-the-art bottling facility that will provide us with plenty of room for our future growth. So, although we might not be the oldest player in town, we clearly have a proven track record that you can feel confident about.

At RMBW, we use only the highest-quality water coolers in the industry. All of our coolers are commercial grade units. We only supply coolers that have stainless steel reservoirs, unlike many of the cheaper models that use plastic reservoirs--which can often leave a "plastic-like" taste to your drinking water.

With this design, you no longer have to be bothered with the mess of water spilling all over you and your floor when you change the bottles on your cooler. With this system, the cooler automatically "un-caps" the bottle for you-ensuring no spills, and more importantly no contaminants getting into your water.


9. Quality Control of Our Water

The quality control of our water is the highest priority we have at RMBW. It is our mission to provide to our customers, Consistently-Pure, Purified Drinking Water. Our 9-step purification process produces only the purist of water. We verify that purity through: 1) Hourly in-house water analysis and testing; 2) Weekly water testing from an independent, certified lab; 3) Quarterly in depth testing of our bottles, caps and water samples; and 4) Annual Chemical Analysis of our water by an independent, certified lab. We are subject to various state and federal inspection agencies and have always scored at the

highest levels.


10. Always Competitively Priced

We understand that pricing is always an important element of a buying decision--but hopefully not the only criteria. In comparing our pricing to that of our competitors, you will notice that we are always very competitively priced. In most cases, our bottle price is between 30-70 cents less than that of our competition. It has never been our policy or intention to be the "cheapest game in town," so, from time to time you might find a slightly lower price from one of our competitors.
